We're finding out more about the company state police say stored millions of pounds of explosives illegally.
In August 2006, Explo Systems Inc. was responsible for multiple explosions at Camp Minden, causing the evacuations of homes and schools in Doyline, Louisiana. Thankfully, there were no injuries.
Then in March 2007, state inspectors in West Virginia cited Explo for serious mine safety violations, after a mine explosion injured one person. Other workers complained of nose bleeds and skin rashes.
Several lawsuits were filed against Explo for its involvement in the mine explosion.
Explo's latest incident of course was on October 15, 2012 at Camp Minden.
There was an explosion at one of its storage areas.
Louisiana State Police say there was at least 6 million pounds of explosives improperly stored.
A lawsuit has been filed against Explo in Webster Parish District Court.
