Louisiana voucher program ruled unconstitutional

Nearly five thousand students in Louisiana may be pulled from private schools and put back into public classrooms. Today a district judge ruled Louisiana's school voucher program unconstitutional, saying it's illegal to use public dollars to fund private education.
