Update:Wal-Mart employee arrested for stealing

By: Nikki Henderson
Updated: November 28, 2012

Two suspects today were arrested for allegedly stealing money from a local Wal-Mart.

Tuesday Jamarcus White and Shaquita White were taken into custody by Caddo Parish authorities.

They are the siblings of Deequita Lewis, the Wal-Mart employee accused of fraudulently wiring more than $14,000 to different money centers around Shreveport.  Lewis was arrested on Monday.

Investigators say Lewis didn't pay for the cash transactions and also shared the money with her brother and sister.

All three suspects are in the Caddo Correctional Center charged with illegal transmission of monetary funds.
