Narcotics agents arrest 8 on drug charges at State Fair

Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator and Shreveport Police Chief Willie Shaw announced that the Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit conducted "Operation Replay" this weekend in an to attempt to curtail the possession, use and distribution of illegal drugs at the Louisiana State Fair.

On Saturday, Nov, 10, agents with Narcotics Unit conducted a one-night operation at the fair and made numerous drug-related arrests including some carnival employees.


The operation was extremely successful, netting eight arrests for various offenses. All were booked into the Caddo Correctional Center. Below are the arrests made during this operation:


Issam Alkheidi*, 26, of Huntington Beach, CA, for possession of schedule I narcotics (misdemeanor);


Adam Anderson, 31, of Shreveport, for possession of schedule IV;


Tyler Dickson, 20, of Traskwood, AR, for possession of schedule III;


Jay Beeson*, 31, of Dallas, for possession of schedule III;


Timothy Haley, 41, of Hawkins, TX, for possession of schedule I with intent to distribute;


Rumney Evertt, 50, of Shreveport, for possession of schedule IV;


Fawn Odom*, 31, of Casper, WY, for possession of schedule III; and


Paul Marrow, 57, of Doyline, for possession of schedule III.
