Local website helping military families in need

If you love shopping yard sales, a local website will be helping Operation Homefront, which helps military families in need.

Shreveport.BooKoo.com will donate $3 to the nonprofit for each new account registered on Shreveport.BooKoo.com until November 12th.

Shreveport.BooKoo.com is also offering a $1000 scholarship for one Barksdale Air Force military member or spouse.

BooKoo specializes in yard sales and online trading of items.
