Man arrested for kidnapping & robbery

A man is in
custody, booked on charges of robbery and kidnapping. Shreveport police arrested 49 year old James
Parker Friday night, matching him to a description given by a woman he attempted
to rob at a gas station on Shreveport-Barksdale Hwy.
After
questioning Parker---police were able to connect him with an incident from October
30th. Police say Parker forced his way
into a man's car, held him at gunpoint, and made him drive to several ATMs. Both victims escaped unharmed.
