A popular Mexican restaurant in Bossier City was robbed Monday and the suspects are still at large.
Bossier police say the robbery happened at Trejos Mexican Restaurant in the 2100 block of Airline Drive just before 9 p.m. Monday (Oct. 22).
Two male suspects, both wearing masks, entered the kitchen area through a side door. One of the suspects was armed with a shotgun and robbed an employee of an undisclosed amount of cash.
A witness described that suspect as a black male, based on the skin tone of his eyelids, while the second suspect may be a white male based on the skin tone of his hands seen in security camera video.
Both suspects fled the scene on foot. No injuries were reported. Bossier Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $510 to anyone who can provide information leading to arrests in this case.
