Arrest warrants out for couple suspected in local aggravated burglary

Caddo Sheriff's Detective Terry Richardson has obtained arrest warrants for Michael Shawn Hare, 32, and Whitney C. Picard, 24. Hare is wanted for aggravated burglary and Picard is wanted for being a principle to aggravated burglary.The warrants were issued following the investigation of an aggravated burglary that occurred Tuesday afternoon in the 1000 block of Riding Club Lane in Shreveport.
The 21-year-old female victim stated the door to her residence was kicked open and she was beaten by male.
Picard and Hare are believed to be traveling in a 2005 red or burgundy Chevrolet Tahoe, LA license plate VPW289. It has tinted windows and multiple dents.
Two female children, ages 6 and 2, may be traveling with them. Anyone with information on their location is urged to contact Detective Richardson at 675-2170.
