NBC 6 News has confirmed that Shreveport mayor Cedric Glover did veto the agreement that would allow for a dog park to be build in Shreveport. The veto was signed today from the mayor's hospital bed. We spoke to Shreveport Dog Park Alliance President Cynthia Keith and she said they plan to stay the course. They will have people speaking at the next city council meeting and they would hope since the council voted 7 to 0 to approve the agreement they will vote to overturn the veto.
