Unidentified assailant opens fire in Shreveport neighborhood

A local family is seeking answers after someone opened fire in front of their home Tuesday night.
It happened around eight last night in Shreveport's Warner Park Subdivision. The shooting happened at the exact time "Night Out Against Crime" activities were going on in Shreveport
During this time, at least six bullets struck Laura Drakes Sabbath's hone on Vivian Street.
Sabbath was inside in the living room with her 8-year-old daughter when bullets whent through her home.
Two bullets struck only inches away from where she was sitting with her daughter.
The shooting is still under investigation and police have been interviewing witnesses. At this time, police say they haven't collected any information that could lead to an arrest.
