A local Texarkana profit is looking for your help in helping tutor and educate students.

Rosie Warfield-McGill of Faith, Love And Hope Youth Corporation says the organization is seeking additional computers for its afterschool tutoring.

"Right now, we have approximately five students to one computer. That does not allow us to reach our students the way we want to," Warfield-McGill said.

About 50 more computers are needed, Warfield-McGill said.

"It will allow them to comprehend and understand the data in which they're working on," Warfield-McGill said.

The group is already starting to get help.

Local pastor Walter Levels Jr. is volunteering to fix some of the organization's broken computers. He says he's working for the sake of the students.

The nonprofit is looking for computers used or new.
