From top to bottom the generousity of the Shreveport community has packed the Goodwill to the brim.

Now what happens to all the clothes since the evacuees have left the area?

"Once everyone is gone we'll go ahead and take all the stuff and keep it separated from other donated items. We'll keep it stored for future disaster relief," Goodwill's D.J. Roman said.

The Food Bank of NWLA also has been helping.

They have been teaming up with sister food banks in Monroe, Arizona, and Texarkana. These food banks bring their donations to Shreveport to be tightly packed and shipped to New Orleans and Baton Rouge where they will be needed the most.

Food Bank:
2307 Texas Avenue Shreveport, LA 71103

Goodwill:
