Red River Grand Jury Indicts A Man Accused Of Murdering A Child

In a KTAL follow up investigation, the Red River Parish Grand Jury indicted Terrance Carter on First-Degree murder charges in the burning death of Corinthian Houston.
The Red River District Attorney tells KTAL he will seek the death penalty for Houston`s death.
Terrance Carter is currently being held in the Caddo Correctional Center.
