Longview Man Dies After Being Thrown From Car

A Longview man is dead after police say a car he was riding in lost control then flipped. It happened just after 1:00 Wednesday morning in the 1800 block of Silver Falls. Officials say, 24-year-old Juan Vengas was tossed from the vehicle and died from those injuries. Authorities say the driver, 26-year-old Horacio Becerra was intoxicated at the time. Becerra was arrested for Intoxication Manslaughter.
