The city maintenance shop in Hooks, Texas has a lot of tools. But City Supervisor Jimmy Cochran admits there's one thing the city doesn't have -- a mosquito sprayer.

With confirmed cases of West Nile in Bowie County, Hooks is getting help with spraying from down the road in New Boston, a city who is willing to loan its mosquito sprayer.

"We appreciate it greatly. I don't know what we'd do without them. They're good neighbors," Cochran said.

"New Boston's really happy to help all the surrounding cities if they need help. We're willing to help, whatever we can do," said Russell Olson with the City of New Boston.
