Bossier businessman and self-proclaimed U.S. presidential candidate Anthony Scott Tubbs, 42, was arrested Wednesday on the felony charge of aggravated incest.

The arrest came following a three week investigation by detectives with the Bossier City Police Department's Juvenile Unit.

That investigation led to detectives obtaining an arrest warrant for Tubbs, who is accused of engaging in indecent behavior with an underage female with whom he is related.

Tubbs was booked into the Bossier City Jail and subsequently transferred to the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility. However, he now is free on bond, having posted $250,000
