A young Ohio boy is reveling in his own Olympic glory as the star of a new Nike ad.

Nike filmed a series of inspirational commercials in towns and cities around the world named "London" and the inspirational story from London, Ohio seems to have really caught on with the audience.

"I ran about the length of a footbalL field, 50 times probably. and, it wasn't like I thought it was going to be," says 12-year-old Nathan Sorrell,  "I mean it definitely wasn't easy but it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be."

Nathan's middle school principal told him Nike was filming in London, and looking for a certain type.

"Heavier set like me, doesn't really enjoy running a lot," Nathan explains,  "so it wasn't really hard to do the part because I don't like running that much."

"Nathan really has trouble running," his mother confirms.  "He doesn't like to run and to see how hard he worked for this - I was very proud."

The commercial was shot in a single day.

Nathan doesn't speak a word, but he does he run.

Nathan admits he has struggled with his weight, but this opportunity has inspired him to keep working.

"I won't lie, I cried," Monica Sorrell says.  "Very proud of him, very proud of him. Inspiring. I think the dialogue that went with the shoot is what made the commercial so inspiring.  Showing someone like nathan actually trying to find his greatness is just awesome.  It's just very inspirational to a lot of people."

"I didn't even really know what to say," Nathan adds.  "I teared up a little bit.  When I found out it was going to play on TV, I cried.  Me and my mom, my dad, all of us,  when we saw it I teared up a little bit.  It just seems like it's going to inspire so many people."
