Miami, Florida police are still looking for a gunman who went on a shooting rampage in Liberty City Sunday that sent three people to the hospital.
Erin Cash, 23, got into an argument Sunday morning while driving with his girlfriend and their three-year-old son in the back seat, Miami Police spokesman Detective William Moreno said.
Moreno said Cash's girlfriend feared for her life and jumped out of the car, then Cash took off with their son.
Moreno said Cash showed up at his girlfriend's Liberty City home and began targeting her relatives at multiple locations in the same neighborhood.
Investigators say Cash shot his girlfriend's two brothers, and targeted a third relative, but shot someone else instead.
Moreno said Cash told his girlfriend "he was gonna kill her," and that "he's not gonna go down without a fight."
At some point, Cash went to his mother's home and dropped off his son.
Police say the child was not harmed, and that the three people shot are expected to recover.
"We consider him to be really dangerous," Moreno said of Cash, who has been charged with more than a dozen felonies, some of which were dropped. "Luckily, no one was injured seriously."
