LSU Shreveport professor wins international award

LSUS Professor of Management Dr. Binshan Lin has received the International Association for Computer Systems Director's Award. The award is given to individuals who have made significant contributions to the continued success of IACIS.
In his award nomination, Professor Daryl Nord of Oklahoma State University, described Dr. Lin as "providing timely and effective manuscript reviews, and maintaining very high editorial standards over the past several years while performing duties as Editor-in-Chief of the 'Journal of Computer Information Systems.'"
Lin will receive his award at the IACIS International Conference in Myrtle Beach, S.C. in October 2012.
