DeQueen business owners arrested on drug charges

Owners of a businesss in DeQueen, Ark., were arrested Wednesday on drug charges and will be in court today.

  William and Marya McCormack, owners of the Grindhouse at 209 W. Colin Ray Drive in DeQueen were arrested and charged with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

On Wednesday (July 11), the De Queen Police Department, the Arkansas State Police and South Central Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on the Grindhouse located at 209 W. Colin Raye Dr. in De Queen. 

Officers received information that the owners were selling a K2 alike substance (Synthetic Marijuana).  After their arrest, the McCormacks  were transported to the Sevier County jail.  

      They were scheduled for a first appearance in Sevier County Circuit Court at 9 this morning.
