New Waterpark Could Come to Texarkana

A new water park could be on the way to Texarkana.
Residents say they need more places to beat the summer heat.
Right now the citys only public pool is out of order. The Texarkana Arkansas Board of Directors is looking at two funding options. A private company could build the park,
Or the city could tackle the project by raising money through a small sales tax..
