FEMA Director Talks Exclusive to KTAL

Paulison says his office is more prepared if another storm should affect the ARK-LA-TEX. He says the agency now has more skilled people in place and there`s advance communication with local officials on how FEMA can respond the needs of residents who might require assistance during an emergency.
