Thousands without power

SWEPCO officials say about 2,000 customers are without power tonight. They are located in Mansfield, Natchitoches and the Hornbeck area. Heavy wind and rain caused power polls to break and many lines are down. Additional crews are headed that way to help restore the power, but even with that extra help it may be around 5 pm tomorrow before power is restored.
