Dr. Adrian Casillas says Spring is the time many people suffer from allergies. Allergies are different than the common cold, because most do not cause fever and muscle aches. Still the sneezing, runny nose and itchy eyes can be torture to some people. Casillas recommends keeping away from pollen as much as possible, but closing doors and windows and washing off your car. Over the counter drugs can be used to treat most symptoms but if you can't find any relief, Casillas suggests seeing a doctor for prescription treatments.
