INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Feb. 7, 2012) - Former Louisiana Tech running back Lennon Creer has been invited to participate in the NFL Scouting Combine on Feb. 23-26 in Indianapolis.

Creer is one of 11 players from the Western Athletic Conference to be invited to the annual evaluation event.

Participants are determined by a selection committee from both the National and BLESTO scouting services, which combined represent 25 NFL teams. The goal of the committee is to invite every player that will be drafted in the ensuing NFL Draft.

Creer ran for 838 yards on 198 carries and nine touchdowns in 2011 for the Bulldogs while catching 18 passes for 93 yards and one touchdown as Louisiana Tech won the 2011 Western Athletic Conference Championship.
