The Mahogany Ensemble Theatre of Shreveport, LA has partnered with Shreve Memorial Library to bring the first Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Oratory Competition and Youth Leadership Award to Caddo Parish. They hope to make it an annual event.
To promote the competition, actors from the Mahogany Ensemble Theatre will perform excerpts from famous speeches at Shreve Memorial Library branches.
