Slain civil rights icon Martin Luther King Jr. would have celebrated his 83rd birthday on Sunday. Today on the holiday that marks his life and service millions worked to make sure his memory and work lives on. A dream supporters say is misrepresented by an abbreviated quote on the Martin Luther King Jr. memorial. The Department of the Interior has called for changes to the text. But today the President stressed there should be no confusion about Dr. King's message. Millions across the country celebrated today honoring his memory and mission and making sure king's message lives on for generations to come.
