Charlotte Miller from Atlanta, Texas is getting married this weekend and got a new look!
"I was a single mom raising three kids on my own, going to college and working a full time job before I met my fiancee. My fiancee has never seen me all dressed up and I want it to be one of the most memorable days of his life" she said in her application letter.
DeAnna Bass, a stylist from Xclusive Salon (6401 Line Avenue) in Shreveport gave her a new haircut and some much deserved pampering.
