Sex Offenders Beware!

Wednesday Caddo Sheriff`s Deputies started a ten day operation targeting sex offenders who`ve failed to register with the parish. Officers working teams of three or four are knocking on doors and combing the streets. Sheriff Prator says he wants to make sure all of them are accounted for.
"There is no amnesty. But we`re not going to waste our time if they decide to get registered. But we`re gonna try to catch them before they do. The whole point is to get them registered so we know where they are." said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
There are currently more than 500 sex offenders living in Caddo Parish. About half of them aren`t registered. Deputies made 4 arrests Wednesday, and three people turned themselves in.
