More About The Suspect In Natchitoches Murder Investigation

Monday we went back into the neighborhood where the tragic death took place. We wanted to find out more about the suspect. We stopped by the house of Terrence Carter`s mother. She declined to speak with us on camera. So we spoke to one of his co-workers and a neighbor who watched him grow up. Carters Neighbor Otis Brown described him as a quiet man.
"I`d never seen him upset or anything he was quite."
In a neighborhood where no one is a stranger and doors are usually kept opened. There will now be a new way of life. Because those who live in the small Red River parish community say after this weekend they know the unexpected can happen at anytime.
