Some Ark-La-Tex residents are taking home a little piece of Hollywood. Dozens of films and TV series are being shot in Shreveport-Bossier. But once the filming wraps, movie makers have to unload the props. And now they`re being sold to the highest bidder. Sunday Auctions Unlimited auctioned off hundreds of items that were used in the upcoming movie "Mr. Brooks", starring Kevin Costner and Demi Moore. "A lot of this stuff is brand new... They used it in a movie. And no we`re gonna auction it off." said Johnson. Some of the items up for bid included movie props, sets, fixtures, and other interesting items. "This cabinet over here has fake blood on it. That`s probably the weirdest thing." said Auctioneer Jerry Johnson. Items left over from Sunday`s auction are still up for grabs. Auctions Unlimited plans to have another auction in two weeks.
