7 Detained After Police Heard Shots Fired

7 people were detained after police were called out to a Shreveport Neighborhood known for violence. Officers say they responded to a seperate incident when they heard several shots on Hollywood Avenue Saturday Night. As many as 15 units were called in and a portion of the neighborhood was blocked off. Officers then confiscated a hand-gun and detained 7 people. Authorties also responded to David Raines Road after reports of a shooting. So far, no information on that case has been released.
