Shreveport Police ask public’s help solving mysterious shooting

Detectives were immediately dispatched and interviewed the victim who initially advised them he was walking in the 2200 block of
The victim stated this male demanded $10 from him and, at some point during the altercation, pulled a gun and shot him. This version of the story was different from the tale told to responding patrolmen and Goss eventually offered detectives another rendition of the events that led up to his being wounded.
