On Feb. 8, the U.S. Marshalls Service’s Joint East TexasFugitive Task Force (JETFTF) and the Marshall Police Department conducted an operation labeled as Operation Constant Vigilance.

The purpose of the operation was to conduct a compliance blitz designed to obtain the level of compliance within the city limits of Marshall of our resident sex offenders.

Through this effort, 38 registered sex offenders within the city limits of Marshall were checked, two of whom were found to be in violation of registration compliance related to where they resided.

As a result of the non-compliance, warrants were issued for Henry Laurence

Taylor, 27,  a black male who is six feet tall and weighs 176 lbs; and Noah Fulton Jackson, 23, a black  male who is 5’9” tall and weighs 233 lbs.

Both warrants were issued for Failure to Comply as a Sex Offender which is a 3rd Degree Felony.

The Marshall Police Department is asking anyone who feels they may have seen Taylor or Jackson or may know of their whereabouts is urged to contact Lt. Patrick Clayton of the Marshall Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 903-935-4546 or the Marshall Crimestoppers at 903-935-9969.
