Charges continue to mount against an Oil City man arrested for his ex-girlfriend's kidnapping.

Earlier today, officials with the state Fire Marshal's Office charged Eddie Jackson with simple arson for burning the vehicle belonging to his ex-girlfriend, 30-year-old Tracy Winslow.

The 2006 Dodge Charger was discovered ablaze on the side of North Lakeshore Drive near Kuhn Road early Monday morning. Hours later, Winslow's family reported her missing. On Tuesday, Jackson was charged with her kidnapping. Winslow has not been located.

A Caddo District Court judge set bond on the arson charge at $500,276. Bond on the kidnapping charge is $300,276.

Winslow's disappearance remains under investigation. Anyone with information about her location is urged to contact the Caddo Sheriff's Office at 675-2170 or Crime Stoppers at 673-7373.
