Webster Parish man arrested for sex with minor

A 20-year-old Minden man has been arrested in Caddo Parish for having sex with a minor. Caddo Sheriff's Detective Robert Greer Tuesday took Jarrod N. Beavers of Minden into custody.

Although the victim is now 16, she was 14 when she became involved in a relationship with Beavers. A family member filed the report against Beavers, after finding nude photographs the victim sent to Beavers through her email account.

Beavers was booked into Caddo Correctional Center for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile.
