Bossier Sheriff's Department holding (someone's) horses

By: Nancy Cook
Updated: December 8, 2010

Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen says his agency is seeking to find the owner, or owners, of three horses.

The three animals were picked up by the Bossier Sheriff’s Department on December 4, 2010, near Cardnell Road in Bossier City.  Anyone claiming ownership of the horses should contact the Bossier Sheriff’s Department at 965-2203.  The claimant must properly identify the animals and reimburse the Bossier Sheriff’s Department for costs incurred for the care, custody and control of the animals.  If the horses are not claimed within 10 days, they will be sold at a public auction.

Again, if anyone has information concerning these horses, they are asked to call the Bossier Sheriff’s Department at 965-2203.
