Treyvon Devonta Johnson, 17, of the 2600 block of Doe Ridge Drive, was arrested earlier in the week after entering a residence on Pierre Circle, pushing the resident down on a bed and hitting her over the head with a book, according to Bossier Sheriff Larry Deen.
Upon further investigation, however, Johnson allowed to having consensual sex with the 15-year-old victim. He also admitted that on November 15th, he had sex with her despite the fact that she told him that she did not want to.
Johnson admitted that he knew that she was “not in the mood” and that she had told him she did not want to be with him. Johnson admitted to becoming angry, knocking a bookcase down onto the bed where the girl was and leaving the house. The victim then locked the door and called 911.
Johnson is charged with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling, simple battery, sexual battery, and carnal knowledge of a juvenile. His bond is set at $71,500.
