THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS SAY JUST OVER 39,000 TICKETS HAVE BEEN SOLD FOR MONDAY NIGHT`S COWBOYS GAME. VICE PRESIDENT OF TICKET SALES, MIKE STANFIELD SAYS APPROXIMATELY 8,000-9,000 STILL REMAIN UNSOLD. NFL DIRECTOR OF BROADCAST PLANNING, MIKE NORTH, SAYS THE LEAGUE`S BLACKOUT POLICY REMAINS IN AFFECT FOR THE GAME, MEANING IT WILL BE BLACKED OUT IN THE LOCAL AREA IF ALL TICKETS AREN`T SOLD BY FRIDAY NIGHT.
