THE SHREVEPORT SPORTS SNAPPED THEIR 3-GAME LOSING SKID BY BATTERING SIOUX FALLS 10-2. THE WIN ALLOWED THE SPORTS TO SALVAGE THE FINAL GAME OF THE SERIES. THE SPORTS ARE NOW (7-9)IN THE SECOND HALF AND IN THIRD PLACE IN THE AMERICAN SOUTH. THEY HEAD TO IOWA NEXT TO OPEN A THREE GAME SERIES TOMORROW WITH SIOUX CITY, BEFORE RETURNING HOME THURSDAY TO HOST EL PASO.
