Dallas Mavericks guard Jason Terry made it as close to official as the rules allow by saying he`s accepted the Mavericks` contract offer. A verbal agreement was reached by lunchtime Saturday on a six-year deal believed to be worth more than $50 million. Terry can`t officially sign his new contract until July 12 and the Mavs are precluded by league rules from commenting before that date. From his home in Seattle, however, he said, "I was very fortunate when this team got me out of Atlanta,"
