Arkansas Grocery Tax Cuts In The Works

Grocery shoppers are closer to finding the bottom line on their cash register receipts a littel smaller. The Arkansas Senate approved legislation Tuesday that would reduce the state tax on food and food ingredients from 6% to 3%. This would result in the largest single tax cut in the history of the state. The bill now moves to the house where it`s not expected to receive as warm a reception.
