No Clear Answers In Brain Tumor Study

By: RNS

(London)  --  A ten-year study by the World Health Organization provided no
clear answers about whether cell phone usage can make people more susceptible to brain tumors.

Experts studied roughly 13-thousand cell phone users and couldn't conclude
any risk of tumors.

However, researchers with the group say it's still too soon to rule out the
risk.

Last month, a group of European scientists launched what will become the
largest study concerning potential health impacts of long-term cell phone use.

Scientists plan to study a quarter-million people for as long as 30 years.
