Man Found Floating In Water Now Identified

Panola County Officials have identified a man found dead on Wednesday. Authorities say it was a water-related death. An off duty paramedic discovered 57-year-old Berry Taylor Hall of Carthage, floating in high water at the edge of a wooded area near Carthage, Texas. Hall`s partially submerged pickup truck was found nearby.
