The Louisiana Character and Leadership Development Symposium is a public educational and inspirational conference meant to illustrate and promote character and leadership. The day is packed with speakers and panel discussions illustrating real-world elements and examples of character and leadership. The free dinner meal is a special "thank you tribute" to any person who has ever served in the United States Military.
