Texarkana, Texas police limit access to headquarters for visitors after several security threats.  Before visitors could walk right into headquarters where the chief's office is located.  Now, visitors are greeted through a thick glass window.  The receptionist has even been pepper spray in case of an emergency.  Soon an electronic buzzer will permit only authorized personnel inside top brass offices.

Police say the new security measures are in response to recent unruly people who came to police headquarters with "a bone to pick."  Sgt. Shawn Fitzgerald says citizens will still receive the same level of customer service, just with a glass separating them.
