On Monday, top officials such as Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will highlight those efforts. President Obama has issued a proclamation for World AIDS Day, noting his administration is developing both national and global strategies to boost the response to the disease. Obama said the work seeks to reduce HIV incidences, improve access to care and help eliminate HIV-related health disparities. |
