Debra's Special Store
Debra Reid is a breast cancer survivor. After her mastectomy in October 2006, she realized the closest mastectomy prosthesis supply store was in Longview. She decided to use her experience to help other women, and open a store for other breast cancer survivors to buy mastectomy supplies. She purchased a building in downtown New Boston and began renovations in October of 2007. “Debra’s Special Store for Special Women” opened its doors on January 7, 2008. Debra is a certified fitter through the Board of Certification for Nearly Me as required by Medicare.
At Debra’s, all client’s receive a personal consultation where they will be fitted for their mastectomy bra and prosthesis. Debra deals mainly in Nearly Me products, and if she doesn’t have the correct size in stock, she will order it.
Debra also carries Eveden Bras- Goddess, Freya, Fantasy and Elomi- which range from 28DD-36JJ & K to plus sizes up to 56FF.
Clients can find moderately priced wigs in a variety of colors and styles, and Spanx undergarments which make you look 10 pounds thinner instantly!
