Seniors depend on the Silver Pages Resource Directory in the Ark-La-Tex.
The 7th edition of the publication is now available.
"Stay active, eat healthy, be informed," That's the prescription for celebrating age and maturity through the help of the Sliver Pages.
The resource directory is full of phone numbers and businesses that cater to senior living.
"There is at least 47 listings and tables throughout the Silver Pages, for example a listing of all the Home Health Agencies," said Publisher Gary Calligas.
From Medicare to nursing homes or finding a place to live, the information is in the publication.
"They can go around and use the Silver Pages, as a way to go around and visit those particular facilities and apartments."
Calligas says this edition includes something new called the "Gold Pages" for seniors to try out.
"The section includes the key people that can provide information for seniors and referral services."
Calligas and his wife, Tina, have a passion for seniors.
They work tirelessly to help and educate.
And Silver Pages is just one more way to offer their services.
"I saw how, when I was very young, how they needed information."
