Ristorante Giuseppe is the culmination of Chef Giuseppe Brucia's 50 years experience in fine dining. From Milan to Zurich and finally to Shreveport, Chef Brucia continues to excite and entice the palates of Shreveporters on a daily basis.  He has achieved a perfect balance between old world classic Italian dishes and more modern cuisine with his own personal touch. From the fresh house made bread and pastas, his award winning dishes have enchanted and continue to impress the faithful along with the new faces.

The over 10,000 square foot restaurant features a setting reminiscent of "Big City" dining.  Upon entering one immediately feels as if entering a fine dining restaurant from a large city like New York or Los Angeles.  The decor in main dining would best be described as old world meets new with several paintings of the Italian Country side, an elaborate brick fire place, and large archways which create an elegant, spacious feel.  There are also private dining rooms that are ideal for any reception, banquet or any occasion that would require privacy.  The rooms feature retractable soundproof walls that provide enough space to accommodate up to 80 people comfortably, or just a handful for more intimate meetings.

The state of the art kitchen, which Chef Brucia purchased in Milan and had shipped to America, is completely open to the public.  Just over 2,200 square feet, it has the capacity and space to create dishes worthy of Chef Brucia's signature.  Guests can sit back and enjoy the show as Chef conducts his orchestra.

Ristorante Giuseppe's Bar and Lounge features a very modern, colorful decor with artwork from local artist Scott Griffin, and an elaborate chandelier.  The bar extends onto an outside patio area where guests can enjoy a cocktail or a glass of wine.  The bar also serves the full dining menu and our master mixologists are proud to mix up wonderful martinis, mojitos, and all popular cocktails.
